Youtube Channels

There are a number of reliable, and informative youtube channels following this outbreak in detail.  If you havent been watching them then there are a lot of videos to catch up on but I highly reccomend watching at least the first few, and then the last weeks worth.  Follow the links below for more info.

-------------------------------

Peak Prosperity
"Information, commentary, analysis, and an online community for discussing the convergence of global issues facing the economy, environment, and our energy needs. Site contains a daily blog, forum, Martenson Reports, newsletters, and the Crash Course video series."

The corona video series is presented by Chris Martenson, CEO of peak prosperity, and PHD in Toxicology from Duke university. The videos pool information from many sources including pre-release medical texts, peer reviewed studies, social media, news, and governmental bodies.  He cross analyses all this information to give an exceedingly well rounded view of the situation and very easy to understand.

He also includes a good overview of the economical impact, and links medical, financial, and social aspects very concisely.

Early videos didnt include links to his sources so some of it can be hard to verify but he has recently started including these.

The information is mostly global, but with a strong US specific lean on a lot of the information.  This doesnt make it any less useful as most of the information applies to everyone.

Dr. John Campbell
"My name is John Campbell and I am a retired Nurse Teacher and A and E nurse based in England. I also do some teaching in Asia and Africa when time permits. These videos are to help students to learn the background to all forms of health care. My PhD focured on the development of open learning resources for nurses nationally and internationally."

He is providing a very easy to follow simple guide to the facts of the outbreak, with a more UK specific spin on the information.

Maps

There are a number of institutions and websites currently tracking the spread of the virus in different ways.  The most visually useful way is a map of the virus spread.  Here are a few links that I have found especially useful:
